This vase is made by fusing a flat design and then heating in the kiln to allow the glass to stretch and fall through the open center of the mold. The vase is then cut from the tile and coldworked to finsh the rim and sandblasted to soften the surface. It is then fired again to seal the surface and bring out the colorful design. Each piece is unique and measures between 5" to 6" and has an opening go approx 4"
